| 2 cookies 2 scoops ice cream M&Ms (optional) |
Put cookie on counter. Scoop ice cream onto cookie; form into even layer. Top with cookie. If you just made the cookies, put them in the freezer for 3 or 4 minutes so they won't melt the ice cream. Mocha chip with Breyers vanilla is my personal favorite, but who am I to say. Remember, this is a free country (unlike Canada) so no one will stop you from mixing M&Ms in with the ice cream first. |
