| 1/2 lb bay scallops juice from 1/2 lemon 1 T white wine salt and black pepper to taste | Make tray with sides about 1 inch high out of foil. Place scallops on foil. Sprinkle on lemon, wine, salt and pepper. Place on grill. Cook until scallops are white on the inside stirring occasionally. The time depends on the heat of the grill--3 - 5 minutes. Be careful not to overcook. |
