Fresh Tomato Salsa

This is a complicated recipe, but well worth the effort*.
4-6 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 scallions, chopped
salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste
2 T vinegar
Combine all ingredients., serve.

Eat with cheese tostadas, or chips.
