Jules Kim was a clinical psychology student who lived with us for a while. She was fond of dreams and phallic symbols, among other things Ð although we can't remember any of the other things any more. Perhaps the most romantic scene we've seen during our combined time in Rochester has been Jules and her boyfriend, Eric, through the window in the snowy backyard, with the barbecue grill firing, lovingly skewering vegetables. |

| 2 tomatoes 1 medium onion 1 red or green pepper 1/2 c wine vinegar 1 t oregano 1 clove garlic, minced |
Slice vegetables into rather large chunks. Place in bowl, add rest of ingredients and stir until the vegetables are coated. Marinate vegetables for as long as you can stand but a minimum of 30 minutes, skewer them, and barbecue them until heated through. |
