| Step 47: Cut/grind plexiglass mirror to fit tube and to create a good angle for taking photos, ensuring that the lens does not hit the mirror, nor does it show up in the image. Step 48: Bend 1" strip of brass to angle between mirror and edge of tube farthest from camera. Step 49*: Tape brass into its position in tube, insert plastic block, and drill two holes through back edge of tube and brass strip. Step 50: Braze small brass nuts around holes in brass strip. Step 51: Using dimensions of plexiglass mirror, cut glass mirror. Step 52: Clamp brass strip to mirror using small brass screws, washers and nuts, at end of mirror closest to camera. Step 53: Insert the brass strip and mirror into the tube and screw small brass screws through holes in end of tube and brass strip. Step 54: Disassemble assembly and ship off to get powder coated matte black. Step 55: Enjoy! * steps 49 - 54 to be completed in the near future... |
